The BCFRT has developed the following Guidelines and templates to assist in determining the eligibility for and amount of mitigation for contractors and forest workers:
Contractor Mitigation Guidelines.
These Guidelines define the type and amount of mitigation that can be available to replaceable contractors and subcontractors that are negatively affected by the BC Forestry Revitalization Act. The following templates have also been created to help in finalizing the reduction or termination of contracts, and the authorization of BCFRT mitigation payments.
